Welcome to the Peninsulas of Coppell

A warm welcome to all our neighbors!

The Peninsulas of Coppell Homeowner's Association (PCHOA) is comprised of 50 homes. The association dues are $1,000 annually and are billed each year on January 1st. The dues cover general expenses, landscaping and maintenance of the common areas, water service for the common areas, lighting at the entrances, brick screening walls, stone mailbox repairs, management fees, and other professional fees.

The PCHOA is professionally managed by a property management company, which handles the day-to-day operations and administrative responsibilities of the association. While we are no longer self-managed, the PCHOA Board of Directors and committees still consist of volunteer homeowners from our neighborhood who help guide the management company and make key decisions in the best interest of the community.

The professional management company assists with financial oversight, vendor coordination, compliance, and homeowner communication. This partnership allows the Board and committees to focus more on strategic planning, long-term goals, and fostering community engagement.

Our shared goals remain the same: to maintain an attractive and welcoming neighborhood, promote safety, build connections among neighbors, and protect the value of our homes.

As community needs arise or issues emerge, the PCHOA Board, along with the support of the management company, will enforce and interpret the By-laws and Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions fairly and in a manner that represents the best interests of the entire association.

Please feel free to contact any Board or Committee member with questions you may have.
